Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website, software applications, or automation services provided by Vekor AI (operating as Vekor Automation, accessible at https://vekorai.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not access or use our services.
Nature of Services
Vekor AI provides intelligent business automation systems, AI communication workflows, appointment scheduling pipelines, and native CRM integrations. Our platforms enable businesses to automate customer interactions, qualify inquiries, and synchronize operational data across third-party tools.
Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we build robust, high-reliability automated pipelines, AI models and communication networks operate probabilistically and depend on third-party API availability.
Third-Party Integrations
Our automation platform allows you to connect external third-party software accounts, including Google API services (such as Google Calendar and Google Sheets), CRMs, and messaging providers.
By connecting any third-party account, you represent and warrant that you have the requisite authority to grant Vekor AI access to that account. Your use of third-party platforms remains governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Payment & Billing
Subscription Fees
Fees are specified in your service agreement or chosen subscription tier. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
Third-Party Usage Costs
Unless expressly included in your service tier, direct carrier messaging fees (e.g., Twilio) or third-party API consumption costs remain the responsibility of the client.
Intellectual Property
Client Data & Workflows
You retain full ownership of all proprietary data, lead contacts, and business logic provided to Vekor AI.
Vekor AI Platform
Vekor AI retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, proprietary code libraries, algorithms, software infrastructure, and user interfaces.
AI Performance & Liability Disclaimer
You acknowledge that AI models generate responses based on input context and statistical language patterns.
Review & Validation
Clients are responsible for monitoring automated workflows and reviewing conversation guidelines to ensure alignment with their business practices.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vekor AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our automation services.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Ensure that your lead collection and outbound messaging comply with all applicable telecommunications, privacy, and anti-spam regulations (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM).
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.
- Provide accurate operational information necessary for configuring automated integrations.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect and maintain the strict confidentiality of all proprietary business information, integration credentials, and trade secrets disclosed during the course of the business engagement.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in their active plan or Statement of Work. Upon termination, Vekor AI will deactivate active webhook connections and provide transition assistance to ensure you retain control over your third-party assets.
Changes to Terms & Contact
